The seventh volume of the Multnomah County Poor Farm's register of residents admitted to the Poor Farm or the Multnomah County Hospital. Records may include the resident's name, age, place of birth, disease, occupation, religion, domestic relations, address of relatives or friends, length of time in Oregon, former residence, date of admission, date and cause of discharge (if applicable), and date of death and disposition of remains (if applicable).


Correspondence, memoranda, and similar records which state or form the basis of policy, set important precedents, or record historic events related to the organization or operation of the division or of land use planning in Multnomah County. Includes letters sent and received, memoranda, notes, reports, studies, and other records. Significant subjects include the development of land use planning rules in Multnomah County, the Columbia River Gorge, the Willamette Greenway, permit review, land use, environmental issues, and similar subjects
