Multy served for a short time as Multnomah County mascot in the mid to late 1960s. He was created in 1964 to represent Multnomah County in the "Know Your Multnomah County Government" handbook. He appears in the 1965 version of the handbook and the last installation that was published later that same decade.
Series documents cancelled cards authorizing county residents to vote. Includes voter name, party, address, and date cancelled. Some cards also include demographic information and citizenship status.
The records of the County Coroner document the principal duties of the office from 1894 until the office was abolished in 1965. The records consist of investigation records, death reports, inquest case files, and indexes. This collection includes the following accessions: 2006-000176, 1998-373-02, and 2007-000747.
Records relating to the administration of the Multnomah County Poor Farm. The Poor Farm was originally located in the West Hills of Portland but was relocated to Troutdale, Oregon in 1911.
