The Gallery features photographs, documents, maps, recorded audio and video of Multnomah County’s rich and vibrant cultural heritage. These items are free and open for you to browse to use for personal and educational purposes. The Gallery began at Multnomah County Library in 2013 with a collection to celebrate the 100 year anniversary of Central Library. Since then it has grown to a collection of over 4,000 materials telling stories of the people and places in Multnomah County. The Gallery’s collection has everything from autographed portraits, ticket stubs from historic events, to photos of shipwrecks and more.
