This movie was probably made by the Sheriff’s Office. It is seven and a half minutes long, black and white, and has no audio. It was made to document President Lyndon Johnson’s visit to Portland on September 17,1964. There is very little footage of Johnson, however. He is seen deplaning and later boarding. Most of the film is devoted to crowd scenes, sheriff’s deputies and their cars and motorcycles, and the airport itself. There is a short scene that shows what appears to be a communications office for the sheriff's staff.
