Catalog Description

Scope and Content: Series includes various iterations of the county employee newsletter. The first, dated 1927, was the <emph render='italic'>Multnomah County Mirror</emph>. The Employee News Record published on issue in 1950. On September 13, 1968, volume 1, number 1 of County Lines was issued, running until 1981. After a hiatus, Employee Bylines was started in 1985 and continued in this series until 1991. There are gaps in both of the latter two newsletters. They include articles on county events, policies, employees, schedules, and similar items and include illustrations and photographs.
